Yes, if you have damage that is covered by insurance we will guide you through the entire process, work directly with the insurance carrier to provide all documentation and details required to ensure the costs are covered, and we bill direct to the carriers.
Yes, we understand that many of the calls we get are due to sudden and unexpected damage. We try to relieve as much stress from our clients as possible and offer both financing options and payment plans if insurance is not involved.
Depending on the cause and type of mold, sometimes there aren’t any visible signs of mold growth. Our team will come provide a free inspection to assess the property. During the inspection we are happy to explain what equipment we are using, what it shows/tells us, and what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
